Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide clarity in case you need to cancel your booking.

Please read the following:

  1. Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, as it helps us manage the availability of rooms on our boats.

  2. Full Payment: If you make the full payment for your booking, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel between 31-60 days before your departure date. However, the 20% deposit will not be refunded, and a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund to cover credit card processing fees.

  3. Cancellation Impact: Cancellations can significantly affect our ability to keep the rooms on our boats filled, so we encourage you to carefully consider your booking.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We’re happy to assist with any changes to your trip.

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy.

Please note the following:

  1. National Park Fees: The national park fees required to reserve your permit are non-refundable. These fees are required to secure your spot and are paid directly to Mt. Rinjani National Park.

  2. Remaining Payment: The remainder of the payment for your tour is due upon arrival. There are no additional penalties or fees for cancellations made prior to your arrival.

We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. We’re happy to assist you with rescheduling your hike if necessary.
