Once confirmed, reserve your room on our booking page.
Make the small deposit payment to reserve your room. You will receive a booking voucher via email. That same email will guide you on how to pay your balance.
Contact us again on WhatsApp or Line to confirm your payment.
Follow the email guides and pay the remainder of your balance within 60 days of your departure date, or risk losing your reservation.
If your reservation is within 60 days or less, you must pay the remainder immediately.
You must message us on WhatsApp to show us your payment.
Your guide will contact you to request your pick up location and prepare you for your trip.
Our driver will meet you at your pick-up point and take you on your adventure! Most travelers get picked up at their hotel in Labuan Bajo.

We are Hill & Hamdi. We are both born in Senaru & have been best friends since childhood. We are your lead guides here at Lombok-Indonesia.org.

Climbing Mt. Rinjani and exploring the island is what we do best, and we’ve trekked to the summit hundreds & hundreds of times! We work hard to keep our mountain clean and strive to be the most progressive & eco-friendly tour company on Lombok. Our team loves to make movies about Mt. Rinjani & Lombok.
