All hikers, including solo travelers, receive free pickup from Bangsal Harbor, which is the main arrival point for fast boats coming from Bali and the Gili Islands. Our driver meets you directly at the harbor and brings you to our homestay in Senaru, where you rest before beginning your trek. This service is included for everyone and makes the transition from boat to mountain very easy.
For solo travelers who need pickup from other locations on Lombok, there is a small 20 USD fee paid directly to the driver. This covers places such as Lombok International Airport, Senggigi, Kuta Lombok, Mataram, Tetebatu, or any hotel on the island. The fee goes entirely to the driver and ensures that even solo guests can be picked up anywhere they choose without difficulty. The return transfer after the trek follows the same arrangement.
For groups of two or more people, pickup from anywhere on Lombok is completely free. This includes all major towns, the airport, popular beaches, and ferry terminals. The larger group size allows us to provide full transportation at no added cost, making the logistics simple and affordable for couples, families, and friends traveling together.
